Terms & Conditions

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products Covered

These Terms & Conditions apply only to supplies, dry goods, and live plants. We do not sell or guarantee live animals.

Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

In the event of an order cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Live Plants

By purchasing live plants, you acknowledge that:

  • Live plants are perishable and subject to shipping stress

  • Minor cosmetic damage, leaf drop, or wilting may occur during transit

  • Proper care upon arrival is the customer’s responsibility

Live plant claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation. Failure to do so voids eligibility for replacement, refund, or credit.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Responsibility transfers to the carrier

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages due to address errors.

Weather & Shipping Holds

We reserve the right to delay or hold shipments—especially live plants—due to extreme temperatures or unsafe shipping conditions. These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for carrier-related issues, weather delays, or improper care after delivery.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to file chargebacks for issues related to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related shipping holds

  • Confirmed delivery status

  • Perishable live plant stress

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is our property and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
