What products do you offer?
We offer bioactive enclosure kits and habitat materials designed for reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates. Our products include complete habitat kits (Rainforest, Jungle, Forest, and Desert), bioactive substrates, enclosure backgrounds, plants, leaf litter, hardscape materials, and custom build options.
What is included in a Crawlspace kit?
Each kit includes a complete bioactive foundation, such as substrate layers, drainage materials, and enclosure-appropriate components. Depending on the kit, this may include live plants, leaf litter, backgrounds, and hardscape. Exact contents vary by kit type and size, and are clearly listed on each product page.
Can I customize my kit?
Yes. Many of our kits allow you to choose plant types, substrate variations, leaf litter, and add-ons. We also offer a Custom Kit option that lets you fully personalize your setup while keeping the correct material ratios for a healthy bioactive environment.
Do I have to select specific plants?
No. If plant selection is optional, you can either choose specific plants or leave selections blank. When left blank, we will select healthy, enclosure-appropriate plants based on availability and your kit type.
How do kit sizes affect plant selection?
Smaller enclosures (such as 12×12×18) support fewer plants, while larger enclosures can accommodate more. Our product pages automatically adjust available plant slots based on the size you select.
Are live plants safe for reptiles and amphibians?
Yes. All plants included in our kits are non-toxic and commonly used in bioactive enclosures. We select plants that are appropriate for the habitat type (tropical, forest, desert) and safe for typical inhabitants.
Do you ship live plants?
Yes, when weather conditions allow. Live plants are packed carefully to ensure they arrive healthy. In extreme temperatures, we may delay shipment or contact you to discuss the best shipping option.
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring shipments?
Yes. Select products and kits can be purchased as subscriptions, allowing you to receive materials on a recurring schedule (such as every 30 or 90 days). Subscription options are available directly on eligible product pages.
Do you offer setup or installation guidance?
Yes. Our kits are designed to be beginner-friendly, and many products include setup instructions. We also provide guidance through product descriptions and are happy to answer questions if you need help during setup.
